A view at Indian Consumer and products price.
Usually Indian Consumer is very clever but in a way he follows the herd. He afraid of taking risks no matter how beneficial the risk can be.
He only buys products tried and tested by others.
According to a survey 95% people think that it does not matter who endorses product X. Then why these companies specially Cola Companies charges 10 Rs for 300 ml of carbonated Water?? Just because they pay Hugh amount of money to superstars to convince us?? Please somebody tell them it does not matter to us. What matter is that who has less price without any reduction in quality.
In the present era of cost reduction i guess what matters to Companies is that the sales should surge and for Consumers they need a cost reduction because salaries are the same from last year (some of them have lost jobs too).
Then for a change please stop spending large amount of money, power to illuminate billboards or paying superstars so the cost to consumer can be reduced and ultimately help in sales too.
